Delivery and service providers
The contact and quote forms prepare a message addressed to our business WhatsApp number. When you continue, the entered details are included in a WhatsApp link and shared with WhatsApp to prepare that message. You decide whether to send it within WhatsApp; opening the link does not confirm delivery to our team. WhatsApp processes this information under its own privacy terms.
The website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. The forms do not submit enquiry details to the website's email API. If you contact us by email instead, your email provider processes that correspondence.
Retention and security
Business correspondence may be retained for the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your requirement. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Cookies and third-party links
This website does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers. Links to WhatsApp, external maps and email applications are governed by the relevant provider's own practices. External content is not loaded simply by displaying a map link.
